About Me

Hi, I am Kathy and live in Norfolk, UK with my husband, dog and cat and occasionally, our two student daughters. My early professional life as a Rural Chartered Surveyor taught me to assess situations and to facilitate clients’ objectives.

Yet, a persistent interest for the last 30 years, has been the link between the emotional and physical body, a concept which is now mainstream. When, several years ago, someone close to me became unwell and medicine, nutrition and counselling didn’t help, I trained with Lazo Freeman, a PT, biochemist and shaman in London, seeking the deepest causes of ill health. Then, to consolidate my training, I studied for 2 years and certified as a Healer with The Healing Trust. Healing has its place, but still, I was driven to find the ultimate healing modality; I came to the conclusion that a client benefits from participating in their own healing process, and this in turn empowers them and leads to a better understanding of themselves. Often, an illness can be our body trying to address an imbalance which needs to be brought into our consciousness, to heal.

I researched into cutting edge quantum science ie understanding ourselves as energetic beings and energy in motion, “e-motion”. Unlike other therapies, my training teaches me to help my client to take control and to tap gently into their subconscious to clear out negative energy and to replace it with more positive emotions of their choice.

I prefer to think of mental health as “emotional” health.

Stress, trauma, self limiting beliefs and societal programming are responsible for so much more than we think, and they play a sometimes subtle, unconscious part of our energy system.

Cutting edge science is also now discovering that ancestral trauma absorbed through war, famine, poverty etc can be passed down many generations through epigenetic tags. These tags can be changed to positive tags using simple QEC techniques and can provide the key to changing elusive unexplained reasons for a way of thinking about ourselves.
